- Coconut milk: 1 can (400 mL) = 400 mL = 13.5 fl oz
- Vegetable broth: 2 cups = 480 mL = 16 fl oz
- Fresh Moringa leaves: 2 cups = 60 g = 2 oz
- Moringa powder: 2 tablespoons = 30 mL = 1 fl oz
- Carrots, sliced: 1 cup = 130 g = 4.6 oz
- Bell peppers (capsicum), sliced: 1 cup = 120 g = 4.2 oz
