- Tofu: 7 oz = 200 g (firm, crumbled)
- Spinach: 5.3 oz = 150 g (fresh water spinach or regular spinach)
- Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons = 30 ml = 1 fl oz
- Salt and black pepper: to taste
- Mozzarella: 3.5 oz = 100 g (shredded, optional)
- Fresh basil leaves: for garnish
